- Start time: 2:30pm
- Entry fee: £1 per class (Cash only – on top of the £2 entry to the show ground.)
All breeds and mixed dog breeds of all ages are welcome to take part in the dog show. (Dogs must be kept on leads).
There will be a winner’s pack for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in classes 1-8 and one prize for classes 9 and 10.
The classes will include:
- Class 1 – Prettiest bitch
- Class 2 – Most handsome dog
- Class 3 – Best trick
- Class 4 – The dog most like his/her owner
- Class 5 – Local dog (best looking dog or bitch living within 3 miles of Sarn Village Hall)
- Class 6 – Best 6 legs
- Class 7 – Those fantastic ears (a beauty competition, not a hearing test!)
- Class 8 – Best brace (2 dogs from the same household)
- Class 9 – Sausage Race
- Class 10 – Judge’s favourite (the dog the judge would most like to take home)
The judge for the day will be Hannah Millington and the dog show steward will be Margaret Frobisher.
The Sarn Dog show is part of the Sarn Village Fun day.
